Garden to Table Cooking Class (3Y - 5Y) - Tuesdays

Calling all little chefs! Get ready to embark on a culinary adventure like no other. Our Garden to Table Child Cooking Classes are the perfect blend of hands-on fun and tasty learning. Here's what you can expect:

1. Fresh Ingredients, Fresh Fun: Say goodbye to processed snacks and hello to farm-fresh goodness! In our classes, toddlers get to explore a variety of fruits, veggies, and herbs straight from the garden. From plump tomatoes to fragrant basil, every ingredient is bursting with flavor and nutrition.
2. Hands-On Cooking: Get those little hands dirty! Toddlers roll up their sleeves and dive into the cooking process from start to finish. Whether they're mixing, chopping, or stirring, every step is a chance to learn new skills and unleash their inner chef.
3. Garden Adventures: It's not just about the cooking; it's about the journey! Our classes include toddlers learning how to set up and care for a kitchen garden. They will discover the magical world of gardening and will get a chance to grow their own herbs and vegetables that will go into their recipes. 
4. Nutrition Education: Who says learning can't be delicious? As toddlers cook up a storm, they also learn about the nutritional benefits of the ingredients they're using. From the vitamins in carrots to the protein in beans, it's a tasty lesson in healthy eating that sticks with them long after class is over.
5. Motor Skills Development: Our little chefs will learn proper handling of kitchen equipment & food items during these classes. They will enhance their fine motor development through pouring, stirring and cutting.  Cooking involves an introduction to math, through counting & measuring.
